I called with a question; having ordered a rod, I still needed finials. The guy who helped me on the phone was cheerful, helpful, and patient. He also promised my package would arrive when I needed it (it did!) and combined the orders, taking off the extra postage fee the site had added when I ordered the finials. He made sure I found the item, that it logged and that I was satisfied (I was; we'll go to this company first next time!).
