CS Hand Draw Curtain Track Set

What it is:

The Forest CS assembled hand draw track set with your choice of carrier/slide style and mounting method. The track can easily be cut to size with a hack saw, or if you leave a dimension in the custom cut box, we will cut it.

Features:

• Heavy duty aluminum track 3/4" high and 3/4" deep. This track is reversible.
• Rated at 6 lbs per foot. Example, a 10 foot track will hold 60 lbs. This is how much the track will hold, not how much poorly installed brackets in sheetrock will hold.
• Available colors are white, black and gray.
• 90 degree and 45 degree bends are available for this track. See the CS parts page. Be sure to order splices to join the bend with the straight track sets.
• Patented lubrication for smooth, quiet operation.
• Quality splices to align joined sections of track.

Options:

Carrier style:

• Swivel slides- universal style of slide that can be used with various hooks
• Swivel slide with attached hook-primarily used with grommet curtains. The inside top of the grommet hole should be 1 1/2" down from the top of the curtain.
• Ball bearing carrier-traditional commercial style carrier for pleated draperies using standard drapery pin hooks. Pin setting should be down 1 1/2" to cover the track with pleated draperies.
• Large eyelet slide-a slide with a larger hole to accommodate plastic pin hooks for pleated draperies.
• Wavefold carriers-the wave system is now available on most or our tracks. To learn more, view our wavefold collection page.

• If Wavefold carriers are selected, you will receive the quantities below. This is the appropriate amount for custom draperies. If using ready-made draperies, you may or may not need more. For example 12 per 50" panel would by typical. You can let us know in the Note box in the cart, if you need a different quantity.

Mounting method

• Wall brackets-standard brackets are adjustable from a 3"-4" projection. The base of the bracket is 1 1/2" tall. A larger projection is available upon request.
• Ceiling brackets-7/8" wide and 1 5/8" long.

Batons can be added and are available to purchase separately. Hook them on to one of the slides; either the first one on the leading panel edge or its own slide between the first and second slide on the leading edge.
