Customer Service is TOP NOTCH. I was very nervous to order these online, but the fellow who helped me was super nice, answered all my questions and got me set up with everything I needed. He even shipped it on a certain date for me so it would arrive at our vacation condo just after we got there. I felt like I would get the help/answers I needed at any point in the process. Directions could be a little clearer, but easy enough to figure out. This system solved a huge issue for us, curtains ran around the corner so we didn’t have to block any of our new glass doors. I would love it if there were some kind of semi decorative end/finial, but I’ll get creative. Don’t hesitate to buy.

Perfect for my German curtains
This is the third set of curtain rods I have bought from Curtain Rod Connection (8 rods in total). They are PERFECT for my German curtains.
And the customer service is outstanding. This past set of curtain rods I ordered had to be custom cut. The company called me to make sure of measurements, etc.
Once I have my last set of German curtains tailored for the windows in my office, I will be getting another set of rods from Curtain Rod Connection.

This company carried just what I was looking for in quality double traverse drapery rods at a reasonable cost. The company is located in the U.S. and they answer the phone!!! Very helpful with installation instructions I didn't quite understand as well as replacing a few parts free of charge that were damaged in shipping. I highly recommend Curtain Rod Connection and, as we just had 39 windows replaced and there isn't a single drapery rod in this 1840 building, I'll be back with more orders as additional rooms are restored and renovated.

I was a little reluctant when the track rod arrived. It seemed to be so small and weightless (inconspicuous when installed) that I didn't think it could do the job. But my goodness it is the best window treatment appliance I have ever used - I love it. There were a minor order hiccup but the customer service was so responsive that it really didn't interfere with my enjoyment. No one should hesitate to purchase if a track rod is what you need.

Amazing Ceiling-mounted Corner Room Divider
This ended up being a pretty inexpensive and easier-than-imagined project. I used the curtain track to separate a murphy bed from a living room space to add floor-to-ceiling privacy. I can quickly and easily segregate the bed from the rest of the room.
My main tip - just buy grommet curtains in the appropriate width and length from Amazon or similar. Saved tons of money that way.

Install didn't end in divorce (yay!)
I purchased these in mild terror about how complicated (and anger inducing) the install may be for my husband because our ceiling is already a finished situation (not a current construction) and we had no idea what was under the sheetrock. However, to our joy and amazement, the install only took about 3 hours start to finish (including cleanup). We were fortunate to find that there was plywood under the sheetrock so we didn’t need to do anything special to be able to secure the tracks. Just had to cut out the two channels (we did two single tracks) and do a tiny bit of retexturing on the ceiling (thank God)!
Also, “Baby Yoda” was insanely helpful! I absolutely recommend purchasing from this company and will very likely end up buying more of these tracks!

Tekno25 Traverse Rod/Curtain Rod Connection- Excellent
On this client project, I had a corner window that needed drapes that needed to be operational. After a very patient and knowledgeable chat session(thank you baby yoda - I settled on 2 tekno25 traverse rods- mitered on each end to meet in the corner. I chose the matte black rod with glass finials-and it works beautifully. The rods are excellent quality. The carriers move smoothly and overall delighted with this solution. I highly recommend this product and The Curtain Rod Connection!!!
