Flimsy steel loop

The connection is smooth and easy to install but the split ring connector between the carriage and the hook for the curtain is extremely flimsy and an average wind will pull it apart easily.

Great service - nothing to lose here

I was not able to use the carriers in the end, but the service was amazing, and I would recommend CRC - because you have nothing to lose, and everything to gain. I will receive a refund, but at least we tried to find a solution for our rod carriers. It was important to try for my client’s unususal rod.
