Fortunately for me an employee noticed I ordered the wrong track for the parts I chose and notified me by email immediately after I placed my order; I realized my error, was grateful they caught my mistake as this was during the corona lockdown and we weren’t having luck getting materials locally; the order was corrected, shipped immediately, and I had curtain track and parts in hand within 3 days — I’m in California, they are in Virginia. You cannot go wrong with this kind of service — five star. The track is installed, all parts shipped were correct and strong packaging so nothing was damaged; extremely pleased with this business. They obviously care about their customers.
