FAQ/Returns/Shipping
Do you accept returns?
Yes, most all items are returnable unless you've asked for us to cut an item to size. Please email us your order # and the items you wish to return within 30 days . You will need to ship at your expense. Remember to repackage items carefully to prevent damage.
Do you charge to cut down poles or tracks?
No, we will cut poles and tracks to size. Put careful instructions for this in the shopping cart instructions during checkout. Remember, cut poles are non-returnable.
How do you ship?
All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail, Fedex or UPS and ship from our facility in Richmond, Virginia
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
We will replace any item that arrives damaged. Please be sure to send pictures of damaged items as well as the shipping box to support@curtainrodconnection.com. If your track is damaged we will replace the track only. Be sure to hold on to all accessories to be used on the new section of track.
How fast do you ship?
Almost all of our orders ship within 1-3 business days. If there is a backorder, we will notify you immediately. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has shipped.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates are calculated on the dollar amount of your order and are as follows:

$375.01-$450.00 = $36.00 |
$450.01-$525.00 = $39.50 |
$525.01 and up = $44.00 |
Canada: flat rate $60.00 (duty & taxes may apply) |
