We ordered a custom track for our bay window. The online chat support was excellent in helping me make sure we did the measurements just right. The installation went easily but we had one track snagging in the bend. We contacted customer support and they replaced that segment. Works perfectly. Highly recommend, especially knowing you will get timely and helpful support!

I purchased two tracks to replace the double ikea track I just put up. The new tracks are much better. They draw feels smoother and the look is much lower profile. The website is also a great resource for learning.

Shipped quickly and the track works well. My only quibble is that the set screws on the joining pieces did not work with the supplied hex wrench, and required sizing up to a different Torx wrench. Was annoying. Otherwise, great and the system works well for my application.

these little chains do the job on creating wave pleats in curtains...genius!
At 3” length creates nice pleats in curtains on pin hooks/track slides. But for what they are, their cost s/b in vicinity of 50c each, not $1+.

I ordered the double ceiling track. The quality and quickness of delivery is great. Tip: It helps to have two people to install. Also measure and have them cut to size. Didn’t see any installation instructions, which would’ve been helpful to understand how to join and lock multiple sections together.
