Shipping prices are based on the dollar amount of the order and range from $6.50 to $44.00.

Snap tape that is sewn at the top of the drapery is sold separately.
Complete assembled wall or ceiling mount ripplefold track set. Can easily be cut to size with a hack saw, or if you leave a dimension(s), we will custom make it.
Heavy duty aluminum track, powder coated white or black. 3/4" high, 3/4" deep. Double sets have CS track on front and back. If you want a different fullness on each track, let us know in the special instruction box in the cart.
If no dimension is given, you will receive either a 72", 90", 120", 144", or 180" set, depending on the size selected. The 120", 144" and 180" set will come in 2 pieces with a splice in the center. One way draw not recommended. Use wavefold instead.

First of all I was contacted before my order was placed to ensure I had enough brackets to hold the curtain rod and there was a discussion about this - it wasn’t a required call - they went the step above and did what is good business.
Next when my curtain rod arrived, there were parts missing. I thought I hadn’t ordered them and reaching out to get a quote for the parts I needed. The staff told me they had made an error in packing and immediately shipped off the correct items, which I received a few days later.
5 ⭐️ for customer service and as a business owner they deserve grace for their busy staff who inevitably make mistakes - like all humans.

The tracks are ok but I am not sure they are the highest quality or most durable. Hard to know as I have not seen others or touched them, but they feel very light for the price.
There was an issue with one of my orders where the order was missing two of the batons to draw them to a close.
The design for the connector bridge between the two tracks needed for a long window is not the best and very sensitive to the install. If not done the right way (perfectly), the curtain may snag when it gets to the connector piece.

I'm sorry your experience wasn't as expected. The Forest CS track has been used as a heavy duty commercial track around the world for many years. We use it as our 'go to' track because it is heavy duty, has a great patented lubrication and the best splice of any track in the industry (we have worked with many). I'm sure we sent your missing batons immediately, if you notified us. We do occasionally make mistakes like that.
Some items were missing in first shipment, but was correctly and mailed to me a week later. I love the system and it’s performing very nicely.
