Longer rods ship in multiple sections with hidden interior splices.
It took me a long time to decide between the Tekno 25 & Tekno 40 and several questions with customer service, who were very pleasant and helpful. Ultimately purchased a Tekno 40 rod, custom cut to 215’. Delivery was quick. Rod came in 3 sections and was relatively easy to install and looks very good. My only disappointment is that my drapes don't draw smoothly. The ball bearings get caught in spots, especially on the joints,
Customer support exceeded my expectations. I needed advise on curtain panel selections and how to order custom selections. I was very impressed with the quick and courteous response. My order was damaged in shipping and replacement parts were deliver at no charge post-haste. The product was everything I had hoped for. Kudos to a team that values their customers!

Did have about 10% of the plastic sliding hangers break on shipping, but they gave us more than we needed. I recommend the company rethink their method of shipping these parts.
I bought the ball bearing carriers for my curtain rod. Unfortunately, they are made of plastic and several of the little wheels have broken apart inside the track after it was attached to the wall. I had to either take the whole rod down and take it apart, or figure out how to remove the ends with it still on the wall. I managed to use a screw driver to open up the end enough to slide most of the carriers off the end until I could get the broken ones off, and then put the good ones back on and reassemble the end of the rod. I’m scared there will be more broken ones because they are very hard to slide across the rod. I have used similar rods in the past, but the carriers were metal and I had no problem.
In rare instances, UPS will give the package such a rough ride that some of the ball bearing carriers will break. In that case, it is best to slide all carriers out of the track and remove and replace any that are broken. We have never heard of them breaking under normal use and they are the standard of the industry for commercial track systems.
Well built and very nice looking for the money . I wish they would have giving some extra clips that you hang the curtains and I’d the wold have had ball bearings on it would be much better . O owning it is fairly smooth but closing it is not !
