This is exactly what I wanted. They cut it to
Size for me and I was able to use pottery barn drapes and pottery barn hooks. Slides so smooth love it

I recently ordered extra carriers for my ceiling-mounted curtain rod and was very pleased when they arrived ahead of schedule. Before ordering, I called customer service to find out how to add the carriers to my already installed rod, and the man who answered my call explained exactly how to do that. (I had ordered the custom-cut rod from Curtain Rod Connection a few years ago, and I've been very happy with that as well.)
